When will you receive your order?

Delivery can take 5 to 7 working days, however in certain cases a lot quicker when we have all the items for your order in stock. Our courier takes on average two working days for delivery to major centers and three working days for outlying or regional areas. 

You will receive a notification on the process of your order, and when it has been dispatched. The courier company handling your product will also send you updates. 

Returns / Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy. 

Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the Goods supplied are not the same Goods as ordered. If any defect in the Goods are discovered within a period of 7 (seven) days after delivery, this must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after having received delivery. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery.

Kindly provide a photo and or description of the damage. If the fault has been approved by us we will notify you and will arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you.

We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the damaged/faulty products, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund you the purchase price within 7 working days in form of a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
